Litter and dog waste bags dumped in town centre park despite 'sufficient' bins

Oh dear, it seems our lovely town centre park is facing a bit of a mess again, with litter and dog waste bags being left around. It's a shame to see when there are plenty of bins available, isn't it? Let's all do our bit to keep Whitehaven looking its best!
