Rail passengers warned as Storm Boelo closes Cumbrian Coast line

RAIL passengers in Cumbria are being urged not to travel between Carlisle and Whitehaven after 9pm tonight, as Storm Boelo forces Northern to close the Cumbrian Coast line because of high winds.
